Cartograph
A flyover presentation of a naming search, with 30 finalists among some 1,300 explored names, grouped into neighborhoods of naming strategies.
Cartograph is the presentation I built for the second round of naming reviews. It flies the audience over the namespace like a map of cities and suburbs. The 30 contenders stand out, and about 1,300 other names sit around them in light grey, grouped by the strategy that produced them. Where strategies overlapped, the clusters got names of their own: Resonance, Peri-Dynasty, Data & Cognition, Phonetic Twins.
The tour follows a set route, and you can take over at any point: switch between the Map, Perspective, Cinematic and Warp views, turn on cruise mode, or show the route.
